Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our clothing, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We carefully inspect each garment before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Reasons for this policy:

• Handmade Nature: Each piece is individually crafted, making reselling returned items difficult.
• Made-to-Order: Many items are created specifically for your order, minimising waste but preventing us from offering returns.
• Hygiene: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on clothing items.

• Please review the size chart carefully to ensure you select the correct size.
• If you have any questions about sizing, fabric, or garment details, please contact us before placing your order. We are happy to provide additional information and assistance.
• Please be aware that colour may vary slightly from screen to screen.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@frayethelabel.co.uk or via Instagram @frayethelabel_ within 7 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence. We will do all we can to rectify this issue.
